  • Present a valid purchase invoice/bill from Re-Build Computer.

  • Ensure the product’s serial number, seal, and warranty sticker are intact and not damaged.

  • Claim warranty within the specified warranty period.

3. What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, burn marks, liquid damage, rust, or corrosion

  • Damage caused by power fluctuation, lightning, or improper voltage

  • Misuse, negligence, unauthorized repair, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss

  • Accessories unless specifically mentioned (e.g., cables, adapters)

4. Warranty Claim Process

  • Customers must contact us or the respective authorized service center for warranty service.

  • Re-Build Computer may assist in providing service center details, but repair/replacement decisions are made by the manufacturer.

  • Repair or replacement time depends on the service center’s policies and availability of parts.

5. Replacement & Refund

  • Replacement or refund is not guaranteed and depends entirely on the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

  • In some cases, products may be repaired instead of replaced.

  • Any replacement will be for the same model or an equivalent model if the original is unavailable.

6. Warranty for Wholesale / Bulk Orders

  • Warranty terms for wholesale or bulk purchases may differ.

  • Customers are requested to confirm warranty details before placing bulk orders.

7. Limitation of Liability

Re-Build Computer shall not be responsible for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Business loss, data loss, or profit loss due to product failure
