1. Delivery Coverage

• We provide delivery all over Bangladesh

• Home delivery and courier service are available depending on location

• Remote or special areas may require additional delivery time or cost

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 working days

• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

• Delivery time may vary due to product availability, weather, courier delays, or holidays

3. Delivery Charge

• Delivery charges are calculated based on location, product size, and weight

• Final delivery cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed before shipment

• Wholesale or bulk orders may have different delivery charges

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for selected locations and products only

• Re-Build Computer reserves the right to cancel COD orders if delivery is not feasible

6. Product Inspection

• Customers are requested to check the product at the time of delivery

• Any visible damage or missing items must be reported immediately to the delivery agent

7. Failed Delivery

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply

• Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation

8. Wholesale & Bulk Delivery

• Delivery terms for wholesale or bulk orders may differ

• Customers should confirm delivery details before placing bulk orders
